Medial Shoulder Instability

$9.95

Clinical Intent

The intent of this protocol is to determine whether medial shoulder instability represents a Grade I, II, or III injury and to guide stabilization and activity decisions accordingly. Grade of injury informs the selection of joint-stabilizing strategies—ranging from controlled activity alone to proprioceptive support (e.g., kinesiology tape) or mechanical stabilization (e.g., hobbles). Treatment progression follows standard physiological healing principles across the acute, subacute, and chronic phases for ligament or combined ligament-muscle injury.
